76’ Perseo awarded as the Adriatic Boat of the Year 2016.

Freitag, 6. Mai 2016

Portorož, 6th May 2016 – Riva 76’ Perseo, the latest coupé launched last September, has been declared the Adriatic Boat of the Year during the 21st edition of “Internautica”, one of the main shows in Europe currently underway in the enchanting location of Portorož Marina in Slovenia, until Sunday 8th May.

The award ceremony took place on the opening day, Wednesday 4th.
The Riva 76’ Perseo, with its unmistakeable design and extremely sporty personality, was named as the winner of the Motor Yacht over 61 feet category.
The shortlist of nominees included the new Ferretti Yachts 700 too, proving the unanimous popularity of the models that Ferretti Group has presented in the recent months.
This success is a repeat performance of the Group’s 2015 win. Last year, it was Navetta 28, the maxi semi-planing yacht by Custom Line, that won the Adriatic Boat Show of the Year.

“We are proud to be among the winners for the second year in a row at this boat show, one of most important for the local market in Slovenia and for Europe as a whole - commented Stefano De Vivo, Chief Commercial Officer at Ferretti Group. “After its successful debut at Cannes last September, this new award is emphasising the 76’ Perseo’s status as a new icon in Riva’s coupé fleet, with a perfect mixture of the brand’s traditional styling and the latest design trends. We are also pleased with the very positive reception by our international clientele, in Europe as well as America and Japan, where the first 76’ Perseo was sold.”

Ferretti Group is attending “Internautica” with its exclusive dealer MennYacht, displaying for the first time in Slovenia the Ferretti Yachts 960, the brand’s flagship, as well as the Pershing 70 in addition to other popular yachts by the Group, including the Pershing 56, Pershing 64, Pershing 80 and the Rivarama Super.

RIVA 76’ PERSEO
The new coupé yacht retains the family feeling common to the other models in the sports range and is the ideal extension of a fleet of genuine masterpieces in the recent production by Riva.
The yacht’s sporty and elegant looks win you over from first glance, also thanks to the choice of colours.
Its sporty look is also enhanced by over 40 m2 of glazing: the large windows in both bulwarks of the hull are two elliptical shapes that are almost touching each other, linked by the Riva logo in one of the materials that has always been a hallmark of this famous brand, hi-gloss stainless steel.
The lateral glazing on the main deck is also “cut through” by a lifeline fitted to the ends of the superstructure: this solution highlights the dynamic personality of the profile and the dimensions of the glazing benefitting the main lounge, as well as being a useful support along the outer walkways.
The generous windscreen is supported by a central pillar and has been maximised specifically to offer the captain the best and widest view.
The generous sun deck is integrated gracefully into the yacht’s aerodynamic lines and is an ideal space for relaxing in total privacy, as well as making steering possible from a privileged position.
