Custom Line Navetta 30: for a top class cruise
Saturday, March 1, 2003
Comfort and elegance, refinement and stability, personalization and desire to live life at sea:
these are the characteristics of the Custom Line Navetta 30. A line with unquestionable
success and which can boast 11 hulls launched. The debut came in 2001 with the first semi
displacement 30 metre yacht, result of the working relationship between the technical staff of
CRN and the Zuccon International Project studio. This boat reflects the philosophy of whoever
wishes to enjoy the sea in complete relaxation, placing importance on the life on board and
comfort during navigation. A soft and aristocratic layout that blends the carefully studied
spacious interiors in every detail making this line in composite materials a precious jewel and
in the yachting world, unique. As with every yacht in the Custom Line fleet, the Navetta 30
assures ample flexibility for owner’s personal choices and wishes. The owner can choose a
layout with suite on the main deck and the lower deck reserved for guests or to have the
entire main deck as dining area and salon with the cabins located on the lower deck. The
Navetta 30 can easily accommodate eight to ten guests as well four crew members. The
furniture and décor are entirely custom-made and reflect the shipyard’s commitment to build a
personalised "real home on the seas", equipped with every comfort. The sinuous and
impressive hull in green, blue or bordeaux, is certainly a distinctive and unforgettable mark of
each Navetta 30, a real jewel that can cut through the waves at a top speed of 19 knots and
can cruise at a speed of 16.5 knots. The elegant and sinuous external lines of this vessel as
well as the external areas have been designed to live directly with the sea. A salon overlooking
the sea is located on the upper deck and access to this and the pilot house is from the upper
deck. There is another smaller salon for relaxation, reading or for watching TV or for simply
enjoying the breathtaking views over the sea. Above the upper deck an exclusive and private
area has been located as the sundeck. The vessel is powered by two MAN 1300hp engines that
ensure that the Navetta 30 offers enjoyable navigation and to the Anti Rolling Gyros (ARG)
stabiliser system. Patented by Mitsubishi Heavy Industries this system will be installed,
exclusively for the European market, on many of the vessels built by the Ferretti Group, and
which is already installed as standard on the Custom Line 94’, Custom Line 112’ and Custom
Line Navetta 30. Thanks to this agreement the Custom Line vessels come with the only system
in the world capable of reducing the rolling of a vessel – the chief cause of discomfort
particularly while anchored off the coast or moored at a dock – by more than 50%.
