Custom Line, part of the Ferretti Group, is the leading shipyard in the production of maxi yachts in composite materials, with planing or semi-displacement hulls, introduces at the Boot Düsseldorf the worldwide première of the Navetta 26 project, part of the semi-displacement range.
The Navetta 26, 26 metres in length, is an additional extension of the Custom Line fleet, now offering a range of four models, from 26 to 34 metres. The cooperation between the Engineering Division (AYT – Advanced Yacht Technology) and the Studio Zuccon International Project, once again has been able to combine the great passion for the sea with the shipyard’s design and technology capabilities.
Created for a mature owner who has chosen sophisticated yacht characterized by a modern design, Navetta 26 is ideal for relaxing cruises in maximum comfort. The external lines are classic and remind the shapes of the “Navetta” line, and they are perfectly integrated with the interior design. Functional solutions aim to the maximum use of the space for comfortable accommodation. Light-coloured woods create warm atmospheres; furnishings, fabrics and décor can be customised according to the owner’s taste.
The large cockpit, featuring an extendable table with chairs and a bench for eight people, has access to the salon, divided in living area and dining area, able to accommodate up to ten guests. Continuing towards the bow, you find the wide galley with teak wood floor and a dinette including bench and chairs for four people. A large cupboard could be used to accommodate an additional fridge or a freezer. The galley gives acces to the crew quarters, able to host up to four people in two double cabins with two bathrooms.
On the main deck, at bow, in a privileged position allowing the maximum privacy, is located the master cabin, with wide windows on both sides and two armchairs with a semi-oval tea table, extendable to a writing desk or to serve a private breakfast. The master cabin has private access to a large wardrobe and to a bathroom with marble plans and a large shower cabin.
Downstairs on the lower deck, a wide space could be fitted as a storage room or an additional wardrobe for the guests. According the owner’s preference, the lower deck can offer three or four cabins.
The layout A features two large VIP cabins - with double bed, wardrobe and private bathroom with marble surface and a large shower cabin - and a guest cabin with twin beds and bathroom. The Layout B, on the other hand, features two VIP cabins with double bed and wardrobe, and two twin beds cabins, each served by a private bathroom fitted with marble surfaces and shower.
The Navetta 26 makes life on board in the open air extremely comfortable: the main deck, at bow, and the upper deck, sternwards, accommodate two large sun bathing cushions. An extendable table for up to eight people, a barbeque and a peak, wich can be convert into a fridge, complete the furnishing.
The flybridge has a large open-air panoramic area with L-shaped sofa and a tea table table separated from outside by a window that can be opened allowing the sight of the sea. The pilot house, is located in an elevated position that allows a better control expecially when mooring..
Navetta 26 is equipped with the most advanced navigation systems, including the new Gi8 control system, which allows to monitor and the manage the of commands, utilities, services, alarms via touch screens. This clever solution enhance the aboard comfort and simplify the access to the onboard control system to the crew.
The garage can be accessed from the aft and has room to house a tender and a jet-ski, lodged thanks to the davit located on the flying bridge. Once opened, thanks to its teak interior, the door turns into a platform which can be used to facilitate access to the sea.
Two Mitsubishi ARG (Anti-Rolling Gyro) stabilisers are fitted in the engine room as standard on Custom Line maxi yachts.. This system, installed exclusively for the world market on many of the Ferretti Group’s yachts, is the only system in the world able to reduce rolling, the phenomenon mainly responsible for discomfort when anchored offshore or in a port, by more than 50%.
Navetta 26 is equipped with two MAN V8-900, giving a maximum speed of 16 knots The cruise speed, ideal for enjoying the sea in total comfort and silence, while optimising the fuel consumption is 12 knots. The optional engine, MAN V10-1100 can reach the maximum speed of 17,5 knots and 14 knots as cruise speed.
