Ferretti 500 Elite: the maximum comfort

Monday, October 17, 2005

15.65 m long and just under 5 m wide, the new Ferretti 500 Elite introduces a more rational arrangement of interior space. Of the earlier model - the Ferretti 500 - it preserves the profile of the hull, featuring wide side windows that ensure maximum luminosity to the living zone, which is also enhanced by the presence of light-coloured wood, such as open-pore chestnut oak, adding up to an extremely elegant environment.
The night area has profited in particular from the new interior layout and adopts solutions typical of larger-sized boats, such as the possibility of having two cabins with double bed and private toilet. The new layout meets the requirements of customers who love to spend their time at sea with a party of friends.

The optimisation of space below the deck makes it possible to have a larger, linear galley, fully fitted out, conceived for owners who use the yacht for themselves. If a crew is required, the Ferretti 500 Elite can be equipped with another cabin in the stern area, which otherwise can be used as a storage compartment.

Thus, the Ferretti 500 Elite retains the design solutions inaugurated two years ago with the 500 model, offering spacious open air zones, with a big sun lounge section on the flying bridge, where conviviality is ensured both by a big table with a U-shaped sofa and by the double seat that equips the helmsman's station.

In terms of performance capabilities, the Ferretti 500 Elite confirms the agility of the 500 with a cruising speed of 30.5 knots and a top speed of 33.5, thanks to the MAN engines delivering 730 Mhp.
