Alessandro Tirelli, Ferretti Group Asia Pacific Sales Director will attend the event, showing how the Group is strengthening its Hong Kong presence as part of a dynamic China expansion. With the Ferretti Group aiming to further its reach In Asia Pacific over the next few years, Hong Kong is important step forward. The Groups efforts have not gone unnoticed. Earlier this year Ferretti Group was awarded both “The Best Brand Penetration Award” at the Asian Marine and Boating Awards and Hurun Report’s “2014 Hurun Report Best of the Best Awards” as the Best Yacht Brand.
Ferretti Group’s commitment to the Chinese market is represented by the new Ferretti Altura 840 “Tai He Ban by Ferretti” special edition. This specially adapted Ferretti Altura 840 has been created specifically with the growing markets of Asia Pacific in mind. Every facet of its design was conceived to satisfy the tastes over local owners. Its elegant design draws inspiration from the famous Hall of Supreme Harmony, one of the jewels of Beijing’s Forbidden City. Throughout the optimized design of this Altura 840, the design principles of the Ferretti Group can be seen and admired. It is a philosophical masterpiece, in which values like prestige, harmony, rationalism, and progress are applied to yacht design. Its multiple usage represents a unique kind of balance and harmony. Indoor spaces are designed to not only host business meetings and official receptions, but also informal events.
The Asia Pacific première of the Riva 86’ Domino is also a milestone for the Ferretti Group in this market. A 26 metre coupé, drawn by Mauro Micheli of Officina Italiana Design, it is a model set to immediately impress anyone laying their eyes on her for the first time. Designed for owners who love sporty lines which in no way affect the yacht’s simple style, the Riva 86’ Domino is an evolution of the 63’ Vertigo and 68’ Ego Super models. Owner and guests can enjoy more space, and a number of different areas for socialising, characteristics which make this yacht ideal for both long cruises and daily life on board.
The Riva Iseo is an important innovation for the celebrated nautical brand due to its size and design elements. Result of the working relationship between Officina Italiana Design, exclusive designers of the entire Riva range and AYT&D - Advanced Yacht Technology & Design, the Ferretti Group’s naval research, development and style centre, the model has been devised so owners can ‘live’ their boat wherever they wish. In just 27 feet one can enjoy the perfection and style that has made Riva a true icon of timeless glamour and elegance. Soft, clean-cut lines, thorough space-planning, careful and indeed unique attention to detail and the use of highly sophisticated materials are the distinctive characteristics which make Iseo the noble heiress to a centuries-old history of excellence and craftsmanship.
The Riva Aquariva Super is the result of a cooperation between Officina Italiana Design and the Group's engineers and designers. The soft, stylish lines of this 33-footer compliment the fine woods used for the deck – mahogany with maple engravings – protected by 18 layers of paint. The searching light is a typical element on Riva yachts and consists of more than 200 components. The electronic two-speed automatic transmission improves minimum cruising speed acceleration and optimises maximum speed performance.
The Ferretti Yachts 960, the largest planing recreational boat ever designed and built in the Yachts line. With its 29.20-metre overall length and 23.98-metre hull length, the Ferretti Yachts 960 - the outcome of the joint efforts of the Group’s Product Strategy Committee and Marketing Department in cooperation with AYT&D - Advanced Yacht Technology & Design, together with Studio Zuccon International Project - opens a new era in the design of large planing hulls.
The Ferretti Yachts 690, the outcome of the cooperation between Studio Zuccon International Project and AYT&D - Advanced Yacht Technology & Design, marks an important step forward for the Ferretti Yachts fleet of crafts between 60 and 80 feet in length. The extensive use of glazed surfaces, in particular, makes the yacht’s exterior look lighter and ensures that plenty of natural light can brighten its interiors. Its sleek outer lines are further enhanced by the innovative flybridge, characterised by an elongated tail.
The Ferretti Navetta 26 Crescendo, natural development of the previous maxi-yacht in the semi-displacement line, is the result of the close working relationship between Studio Zuccon International Project, AYT&D -. 26 metres in length and almost 7 in width, it features classical lines in which innovative solutions of both a formal and functional nature have been developed in order to increase on-board space, and make it even more comfortable.
