Fort Lauderdale, Fla. – October 26, 2006 - Ferretti Group, a world leader in the engineering and manufacturing of luxury motor yachts and sport boats, announced that three new models will make their U.S. debut during the 2006 Fort Lauderdale Boat Show, October 26th through October 30th, 2006.
The three new models, Apreamare 60’, Pershing 90’and Bertram 630 with mezzanine cockpit seating, will be previewed during the show at the exclusive Ferretti Group stand, encompassing a total of 29 boats displayed.
“Ferretti Group continues to demonstrate its commitment to the U.S. market with a growing number of new models being tailored to meet the specific preferences of U.S.clients before they are distributed in the U.S.; we have introduced almost 30 new models in less than three years,” said Giovanni Vacchi, Executive Chairman of Ferretti Group USA.
The new models are:
Pershing 90’ – An innovative creation that combines aggressive design with speed, comfort and superior space optimization; the Pershing 90’ is centered on the same philosophy that fashioned the Pershing 115. Yacht designer Fulvio De Simoni, along with the Pershing and Ferretti Group Engineering Divisions, designed the Pershing 90’ to achieve an innovative interpretation of the megayacht concept and are now offering a special version for the American market.
Apreamare 60’ – Designed and crafted in the enchanting Mediterranean town of Sorrento, Italy, the new Apreamare 60’ is a stunning combination of old world charm and international glamour.
Bertram 630 w/ mezzanine cockpit seating - The powerful Bertram 630 set’s the standard for today’s luxury sport-fishing yacht, offering an unprecedented combination of steadfast performance and sophisticated styling. Bertram’s latest addition to its 630 model is the mezzanine cockpit seating option. The mezzanine layout not only offers extra comfort, increased storage and an extra freezer; but also, thanks to a higher vantage point, an improved view of the bait spread. Most significantly, this layout also offers more seating, encompassing all the value-added features that a mezzanine layout should provide.
