Ferretti Yachts and Ferretti Custom Line awarded in Cannes

Ferretti Yachts Ferretti 750 and Ferretti Custom Lines Ferretti Custom Line 124 were awarded at the World Yachts Trophies, an event involving shipyards, the media and owners from all over the world, during the Festival de la Plaisance in Cannes, the appointment which opens the new nautical year.

In more detail, Ferretti 750 won the Best Layout award in the Flying Bridge Under 24 metres category, whilst Custom Line 124 received the award for Best Design in the Flying Bridge Over 24 metres category.

Organised by editorial group LuxmediaGroup, which boasts a portfolio of nautical publications sold worldwide (Yachts Italia, Yachts France, Yachts Croatia, Yachts Russia, Yachts Emirates), the World Yachts Trophies are considered to be amongst the most prestigious awards in the sector. Indeed, yachts are chosen and assessed by a highly competent, highly specialised panel of judges, formed by the networks board of directors.

The prize-giving took place on occasion of the gala evening during which a line up of the most exclusive yachts currently available on the market sailed past on the stretch of water just in front of the Hotel Carlton, which included a few of the models displayed by the Ferretti Group at the Cannes boat show: Ferretti 800, Pershing 50.1, Itama Sixty, Riva Duchessa, Mochi Craft Dolphin 74 Cruiser, Custom Line Navetta 26 Crescendo. This enchantingly elegant parade was admired by the guests at the gala evening, consisting in members of the international nautical industry, shipyards, architectural studios, owners, dealers and the media.

Ferretti 750 and Ferretti Custom Line 124 are both the result of the working relationship between Studio Zuccon International Project, the AYT Advanced Yacht Technology, Ferretti Groups naval research and design centre, and the team of architects and designers at the Centro Stile Ferretti Group.
