Ferretti Yachts expands it summer emergency service

Thursday, June 23, 2005

Ferretti Yachts is expanding the summer emergency service in order to achieve the highest levels of customer satisfaction. The emergency line (+39 0543-474 445) that provides a direct line to the shipyard, will be active from 30th April to 30th September 2005, seven days a week, from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Furthermore, in response to the positive feedback from customers during the last nautical seasons, the service has been expanded to cover a larger area. 17 local contacts have activated the Ferretti Yachts assistance service in the most strategic areas of the Mediterranean - France, Spain, Croatia, Slovenia, Serbia and Montenegro, Greece, Turkey, Lebanon, Russia, Germany and Benelux.

In Italy six Ferretti Service Points have also been set up in the key areas of the Italian coast, from the Adriatic to the Tyrrhenian. These are state-of-the-art general service points compared to the more traditional ones having specific skills and the backup of a warehouse with over five thousand articles always in stock, particularly during the summer months.

The summer emergency service is part of the project launched with the publication of the 2005 edition of the Ferretti Yachts Service Points Book and programmed maintenance booklet - two indispensable tools for providing a high value-added assistance service. The project includes 3 free checks 3, 12 and 24 months after delivery, which are then recorded in the programmed maintenance booklet that comes with each yacht.

Ferretti Yachts are designed for those who really enjoy the sea. They are therefore built with special attention for all the requirements of yacht owners who love the sea and enjoy it in line with the 'Being Ferretti' philosophy. Ferretti Yachts dedicates the same attention to satisfying its customers as it does to the quality of its yachts. The efficient post-sales assistance service is just one of the extras offered by the Forlì shipyard.
