Ancona, Monday 29th April 2013 – In a private ceremony, this morning at Ancona, CRN Shipyard launched the megayacht CRN Navetta 43 #08 “Lady Genyr”, 43 metres. The launching was attended by the Owner's family, the workers and the top management of CRN. CRN is the Ferretti Group's Shipyard specialising in the construction and marketing of fully-custom and semi-custom megayachts made of steel, aluminium and composite material, ranging from 40 to 90 metres. Lady Genyr is the eighth megayacht of the successful Navetta 43 line, a valuable result considering the size of this type of vessel. The first was CRN Navetta 43 #01 Emerald Star (delivered in 2007), followed by #02 Hana and #03 Rubeccan (2008), #4 Sofico (2009), #5 Eviva and #06 Kate (2010) and #07 Lady Trudy (2011), all megayachts with entirely customized interiors. Lamberto Tacoli, Chairman and CEO of CRN S.p.a., claimed “Today's launching is a further important step for CRN in establishing itself among the top players of international yachting. Just three months from the historic launching of the 80 metre ‘Chopi Chopi’, the largest pleasure vessel ever manufactured by CRN, the eighth Navetta 43 was put to sea. This continuity shows the commitment and the productive capacity of the Shipyard that has shown itself capable of combining innovation and tradition, creating tailor-made products for each Client".
