Ferretti Yachts shows in Düsseldorf the excellence of the made in Italy

mercredi 19 décembre 2007

Following an exceptional beginning of the nautical year 2007/2008, which confirmed Ferretti Yachts as the protagonist of the international boat shows thanks to the revolutionary design and functional innovations of its fleet, the shipyard based in Forlì displays at the 39th Boot Dusseldorf its "made in Italy" excellence.

As a matter of fact, Ferretti Yachts presents in Germany the 630 and 550, boats that obtained a wide success in the international nautical panorama confirming their absolute importance within the fleet.

• Ferretti 630 posed yet another successful challenge to the great design skills and long-term experience of Studio Zuccon International Project and the Ferretti Group Engineering Division, who were able to show their mettle by generating a yacht of unrivalled space and luminosity. The exterior profile of the Ferretti 630 is very slender and aggressive, thanks to an uninterrupted spherical glazed surface, of innovative design, extending from stern to bow. In the interior, the result is a 360-degree view of the sea, enhancing the impression of depth. The addition of huge open-view windows to the owners cabin is another plus feature in the management of the light, endowing the Ferretti 630 with a solution typically encountered on bigger-sized vessels.
• Ferretti 550, thanks to its intelligent layout is able to offer (in a yacht of 57 feet, 17.37 meter) three cabins and three bathrooms.
Also for this project, the shipyard studied extraordinarily large windows flooding the cabins with light. The care that Ferretti Yachts dedicates to designing its new craft, also extends to the interiors, now more spacious and with highly luxurious finishes. Furniture is made of varnished opaque light oak open-pore, while galley floors and the heads are fitted with wengé wood. Thanks to the its wider tank, the Ferretti 550 allows insure 11 hours of navigation at a cruising speed of 30 knots. The maximum speed, provided by two 900 HP Man engines, is 33.5 knots.

The whole fleet Ferretti Yacths perfectly harmonizes the love for the sea with the quality of the most sophisticated technologies it can be fitted with: the ARG (Anti Rolling Gyro) system - available on demand - the exclusive gyroscopic anti-rolling system designed for Ferretti Group by Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, able to cut the rolling caused by the waves by over 50% and NAVIOP, the software allowing a continuous monitoring, including via SMS, of alarm situations and also yacht management.
