“Convergence” 2018: Technical and expertise training for Ferretti Group’s professionals

Ferretti Group inaugurates the 2018 edition of "Convergence", the exclusive training event reserved for Group’s yacht captains and chief engineers.
From March 3rd - 6th, the beautiful Dubai will host “Convergence”, the traditional training and refresher event that Ferretti Group offers captains and chief engineers working on the yachts in its fleet.
The new edition includes an intense program of activities that will involve over 100 captains and chief engineers from all over the world.
The “Convergence” program, varied and dynamic, will be organized in sessions aimed to transfer know-how and a deeper knowledge on technical issues, through interactive debates around hot issues of the sector. Technical corners will be built and managed by participants, actively involved in sharing their ideas, experiences and suggestions.
The 2018 edition will feature, as in the previous years, the professional contribution of Ferretti Group technicians and excellent partners, such as Boero, MTU, Naviop-Simrad, Rina, Team Italia and Volvo.
In addition to the classroom activities, attendees will enjoy exciting team challenges in the spectacular Arabian desert, to further strengthen the sense of belonging and team spirit.
