AN EXCELLENT LA SPEZIA, ITALY

SHIPYARD

The big opening ceremony for the Riva shipyard in
La Spezia was attended by President Tan Xuguang
and CEO Alberto Galassi, as well as the local
authorities and representatives of Weichai, the
long-standing Ferretti Group shareholder.
Renovation work has been carried out not only on
the production facilities and offices in La Spezia,
but also on the lounge area used to host owners,
captains and crews.
Now, with its new look, it will focus on the
production of seven Riva models between 76’ and
130’. Once it is fully operational, it will be capable of
launching more than 30 yachts a year, of up to 40
meters in length.

PROTAGONIST

Protagonist, the Ferretti Group magazine, has earned
some important accolades.
The occasion was the 28th Mediastars Awards, the
initiative that’s most representative of the industry in
Italy. It seeks out and rewards the most breathtaking
creative organizations.
Protagonist – and more specifically the Directory of
Icons trilogy – won the Corporate Identity category,
claiming first place in Editorial Identity. In addition to
this prestigious award, the magazine was awarded two
Special Stars, for Creative Direction and Art Direction.
