Chopped gusan or Mezcal worm, salt, chilli, and a slice of orange: the best way to savour Mezcal.
Mexicans eat the worm fried or chopped with salt and chilli: they hold it between their
tongue and palate as they sip the distillate to release the spicy and salty flavours from the larva.
