                                                                          The Ferretti Group’s Service University offers
                                                                          refresher and training courses for After–Sales
                                                                          professionals.
                                                                          This year’s edition took place in La Spezia,
                                                                          with 127 participants from all over the world.
                                                                          The various training sessions focused on
                                                                          a wide range of skills related to the various
                                                                          brands, from managerial skills to customer
                                                                          satisfaction and professionalism in the
                                                                          technical, commercial and operational areas.
                                                                          The contributions of the speakers were crucial
                                                                          to the event’s success, including Ferretti Group       LA SPEZIA, ITALY
                                                                          Engineering, suppliers Fidema Group and
                                                                          Xenta, and several installers on site: CA.TU.
                                                                          NA, DA.MAR, ENERNAUTICA, FR IMPIANTI
                                                                          and TCNONAV.
