Abys Yachting, official dealer for Ferretti Group in
France, celebrated its 20th anniversary with a splen-
did gala dinner for 200 invitees. A great party, the
last 13th of July, saw guests and owners gathering
at the “Quai des Milliardaires” of the Port Vauban in
Antibes, transformed for the occasion into a beau-
tiful jewelry box, framed by a backdrop of Ferretti
Yachts and Pershing yachts, shimmering in the Med-
iterranean sea. Victor Sobral, CEO of Abys Yachting,
cut the spectacular birthday cake, marking the start
of the party which went on into the early hours, an-
imated by a talented DJ. Guests enjoyed the enter-
tainment provided by a saxophonist and a singing
duo, while enjoying appetizers, sipping Chateau
Font du Broc or Perrier Jouet Champagne, and ad-
miring the slender lines of the classic and contem-
porary Lamborghini sports cars on display. They also
tried on the latest luxurious Roger Dubuis time piec-
es, certified “100% Geneva Seal”, and learned about
the black pearls from the refined “Caviar Places”. It
was indeed an unforgettable birthday; meeting in
another marvelous 20 years.

GPY Marine makes a grand return to the
yachting scene. This dealer, which has re-
cently signed an agreement with the Ferretti
Group for selling the Ferretti Yachts, Pershing,
Itama and Mochi Craft brands, held a marvel-
lous weekend of open days for customers and
prospects at its offices in Marina di Varazze.
On October 7 and 8, Ferretti Yachts 450, Fer-
retti Yachts 650, Pershing 5X and Itama 75
were placed at guests’ disposal for on-board
visits and test sailings. Without a doubt, the
star of the event was the Ferretti Yachts 780,
a brand-new yacht for 2017 which debuted
at the last Cannes Yachting Festival. The two
open days were the best possible celebration
for the fresh start of GPY Marine. The climax of
the event was an elegant cocktail party on the
dock, where guests were entertained in a par-
ty atmosphere, and with magnificent Ferretti
Group yachts forming a splendid backdrop.
